Pic N Video (“Pic N Video”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for your personal information when you use the Pic N Video Service. This Notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Payment-related data collected by our reseller, Paddle, is governed by Paddle’s own privacy practices and is not covered here.

• Profile details — your creator type and membership tier;
• Content metadata — the property folders, files, notes, and links you create;
• Collaboration information — who you share folders with and the roles you assign;
• Usage and device information — how you use the Service, IP address, and device identifiers;
• Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help.

• To create and run your account and provide the Service — the performance of our contract with you;
• To deliver and track film promotions and performance — our legitimate interests in providing the capabilities you requested;
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce acceptable use — our legitimate interests and legal obligations;
• To provide customer support — the performance of our contract;
• To improve and develop the Service — our legitimate interests;

• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, storage, analytics, and support tooling that help us operate the Service;
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of memberships, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms; and
• Authorities where required by law.

When you promote a film to a third-party platform (such as Vimeo or Instagram), that platform receives the data you direct it to, governed by its own policies.

Your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision to protect your information.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and access limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry standards.
